Is it possible to expose Chicago’s hottest player—without getting played?

This is the story I’ve been waiting for all my life, and its name is Malcolm Kyle Preston Logan Saint. Don’t be fooled by that last name though. There’s nothing holy about the man except the hell his parties raise. The hottest entrepreneur Chicago has ever known, he’s a man’s man with too much money to spend and too many women vying for his attention.

Mysterious. Privileged. Legendary. His entire life he’s been surrounded by the press as they dig for tidbits to see if his fairytale life is for real or all mirrors and social media lies. Since he hit the scene, his secrets have been his and his alone to keep. And that’s where I come in.

Assigned to investigate Saint and reveal his elusive personality, I’m determined to make him the story that will change my career.

But I never imagined he would change my life. Bit by bit, I start to wonder if I’m the one discovering him . . . or if he’s uncovering me.

What happens when the man they call Saint makes you want to sin?

Welcome, welcome, Katy! I am so excited to have you here today to talk about your upcoming release, Manwhore. Let’s start off with the title. When I heard that you had a new series coming soon, to be honest, the title shocked me a bit, although it is definitely an eye-catcher! What’s the significance behind it? Can you explain a little of the reasoning/inspiration for it?

Hey Momo! Thanks so much for having me over! Manwhore is a very upfront title and one which has frequently popped up among groupies and followers when referring to Chicago's billionaire bachelor, Malcolm Saint. Saint is a player, true, but he's so much more than that. So the title MANWHORE represents the man the world sees, his exterior appearance, but the actual story inside is about the man Saint lets very few people see.

Q. New series, new characters, obviously. What can you tell us about your couple, Rachel and Malcolm, that we won’t find in the book?

Rachel's mother loves to paint and although Rachel hasn't had time to put brush to easel lately, she used to enjoy painting with her mother on the weekends. They have a very close and friendly relationship.

Malcolm is an extremely restless man. Though he's always in control, he's very driven to attain more and more and more. He knows what he wants and is never afraid to go after it. To unwind for a full weekend, he's got several penthouses and properties across the world where he invites a couple of friends over and together they hit the slopes, or the skies, or the oceans—anything that will give him an adrenaline high.

And lastly,

Q. I know you love your book playlists just as much as I do. What is one song on your Manwhore playlist? Why is it on there? What’s the significance, if there is one?

"Peace" by O.A.R. It's one of my favorite songs in the playlist and it speaks about wanting peace—complete peace. Both in the relationship and outside of it . . . in the world. Rachel, my heroine, has a very huge longing for safety in her life, and this song really gives voice to that longing as well as to Saint's pleasure in making her laugh. It's the perfect song for this book.

Thanks so much for stopping by Books Over Boys, Katy! It’s always a blast! Congrats on the release of Manwhore!

Thanks so much for having me over, Momo. It's absolutely my pleasure. I appreciate the support. XOX
