#BOBblogoversary Day 18: Katie from Call Me Crazy Reviews + Giveaway

Welcome to day eighteen of my month long celebration event for Books Over Boys' three year anniversary! ;p If you would like to check out the first few days, you can do so by clicking the link that says "click here for all things blogoversary related" underneath the B.O.B. Turns 3 tab located in my right sidebar.

Even though the official day for my blogoversary has come to pass, I'm still celebrating because the days following my very first blog post are still worthy of celebration, yaknow? Well, I think so, anyway. Or, I just want a reason to celebrate, so here we are!

Today's post will be the last of my blogger features and I'm so excited to close it out with the one and only, Katie from Call Me Crazy Reviews. Katie and I go all the way back to the start. She was one of the very first bloggers that I connected a lot with when I first started blogging back in 2010. We were huge fans of Lisa Desrochers' Personal Demons trilogy. We were so obsessed that the two of us are exclusively a part of the #PDMafia. ;p It's pretty epic!

Also, as I got to know Katie more and more, I found out that we were both in crazy, stupid love with The Maine. SAY WHAT! I know! In October of 2010, I went to my very first The Maine concert. The days, or even weeks, leading up to the date involved a lot of tweets of me freaking out because I just couldn't believe it. Somewhere in those tweets, I found out that Katie was just as big of a fan as I was. Because of that, we shared a lot of concert stories and meet-and-greet experiences and photos and... yeah, Katie is awesome.

I'm so grateful that I got to know her because I feel like in a way, we're a whole lot the same. Of course, with a few differences here and there but in these three years, I've seen things where I'm like, "Omg, that's so me!" or "What? She likes so-and-so, too?!"

Story of our lives. ;p
Anyway, I'm so happy to call Katie a friend and it makes my heart all warm and fuzzy to have her here today as a part of Books Over Boys' three year blogoversary!

#BOBblogoversary Day 16: Sam from Paper Cuts + Giveaway

Welcome to day sixteen of my month long celebration event for Books Over Boys' three year anniversary! ;p If you would like to check out the first few days, you can do so by clicking the link that says "click here for all things blogoversary related" underneath the B.O.B. For today's feature, I've got the awesome Sam from Paper Cuts here to join in the fun! I've known Sam for a while now and somewhere along the line, she's become someone who I can go to and command to read so and so book after I've finished it. That came out a bit weird but I didn't want to get all informal (more than I already am) on you guys. But what I mean is that after I finish a book that's got me nine levels of happy and excited and distraught and... all the feels, I can comfortably send a quick message to Sam and basically tell her she has to read said book or else, lol!

Every now and then, we'll update each other on what we've been reading and after hearing Sam's recommendations, I realize that we have pretty similar—like thisclose—taste in books, which just adds to Sam's level of awesome! Anyway, it's great to have her here on Books Over Boys today because her friendship means a whole bunch to me!

Ever since I've met her, I've come to realize how awesome she is, in general, and how we pretty much like a lot of the same things.

I know that if I go to her for book recs, she'll never disappoint because that's just how similar our tastes are.

#BOBblogoversary Day 3: Vivian from #DeityIsland + Giveaway

Welcome to day three of my month long celebration event for my blog's upcoming third year in existence! ;p If you'd like to check out day one and two, you can do so by clicking over to the blogoversary celebration tab at the top of my blog.

For today's feature, I've got the lovely Vivian from Deity Island here for some fun! I can't recall exactly when I met Vi but I'm pretty sure it was through JLA. She's a huge fan of all things JLA and back when Half-Blood and Pure released, we went bat-shit-crazy over them! Over time, I've lagged on the series so... I need to do some major catching up.

Anyway, since then, Vi has been a pretty close blogger pal of mine and I heart her, pretty hard! She's amazing and super nice and just... all sorts of awesome! Okay, before I get all deep on you guys, let's just get to today's post, eh?
