Happy two years, Books Over Boys! #2Y1K2K

Aah, here we are! Books Over Boys is officially (well, not until 3:10 PM but...) two years old today! My baby--yes, I call BOB my baby--is growing up and I absolutely cannot believe it! Time for seriously does sprout wings and a propeller right before our eyes! I don't really even know what has happened in these two years--a whole lot of awesome and a whole lot of nada, that's what, lol! Anyway, before we get to celebrating and having fun, I want to take the time out to thank all the awesome and amazing people who have helped me get to where I am today.

At 3:10 PM two years ago, Books Over Boys had its very first blog post. When I go back to read it, it's pretty lame. No, it's straight out lame because it was about three sentences long about starting a new blog (because originally I had created a more personal blog before BOB) about books. Anyway, with that very first post, Books Over Boys was established. For my first year, I didn't celebrate as big as I am about to with my two years. For me, all the firsts mean the most but sometimes because it's a first, it sorta, sometimes flies under the radar without much notice. Thinking back, that wasn't fair to my blog or myself, more like. I feel like when it's your first at something, it should always be celebrated. You know, first baby steps, first time on a bicycle, first birthday, first day of school, first--everything. All the firsts are milestones that mean more than what we sometimes realize. So, because Books Over Boys didn't have a huge-normous first birthday, it will have a somewhat huge second birthday.
